In 1713, Capt Nathaniel Winslow was appointed his guardian.[1]
In 1720, Samuel made the choice of Samuel Baker of Marshfield, yeoman to be his guardian.[2]
He passed away in 1793.
Probate
The will of Samuel Baker of Duxbury, yeoman was dated 3 August 1790 and proved on 2 December 1793 in Plymouth. He mentioned his wife Hannah, and his children, James (executor), Thomas (executor), Charles, Elijah, Eleanor, Hannah, Bethiah, and Abigail.[3]
His inventory was taken on 17 February 1794 in Duxbury.[4]
