Effie Emily Genevieve Baker (married name Noye) was born in 1913 in Ballan, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of Effie Kate (Cooper) Baker and Andrew Baker.[1]
She married Robert Buchan Noye in 1935 in Victoria.[2]
She was employed as a driver and saleswoman by P. F. and B. J. Morton, Poultry Farmers, Fyshwick, Australian Capital Territory.[3]
