MR. A. H. BALL DEAD

Mr. Albert Henry de Satge Ball died in Brisbane yesterday after a long illness.

He was born 74 years ago at MacKay, where his father had Haslewood station. He was accountant with the Union Bank of Australia when he retired in 1934 after 44 years' banking service. Latterly he had lived at Manly and was prominent in the Wynnum Bowling Club.

He has left a widow, three sons and a daughter (Mrs. P. F. Ward). two brothers, and two sisters.
