John worked as a butcher. He died in 1816 and was buried in Pontefract.[15]
In 1841 Jane lived on North Baileygate. She was of independent means.[16] At the time of the 1851 census, she lived with her daughter, Elizabeth, and family on Mill Lane in Pontefract.[17]
Jane died in 1852[18] at the age of 82 and was buried in Pontefract.[19]
