Minasey Elvira Barnett was born on February 18, 1842 in Rutherford, Tennessee, United States, daughter of Ambrose Barnett (~1811–>1880) and Sarah Sanders (~1811–~1860).
Winnie (26) married Marshall Anderson Baker (24) (born on June 2, 1844 in Rutherford Co, Tennessee; son of George E Baker and Martha Mary (Underwood) Baker) on September 10, 1868 in Rutherford. Their children were:
