Jared Barwick was a South Carolinian.

Jared Barwick was born on February 28, 1840 in Sumter, South Carolina, United States.[1] His parents were Martin Barwick and Belinda Weeks. [2]

He fought in the Civil War with the Confederate Army in Company H, 5th Calvary, S. C. V. as a private. [3][4]

He died on July 30, 1864, in Petersburg, Virginia, United States.[5]
