Biography

Lewsia[1] C.[2]/D.[3] Beacham[3][4] was born 15 May[3][5] 1842[1] in Tennessee.[6][7]

At age 7, Louisa S. Beauchamp was living in Henderson, Tennessee with her mother, Martha Beauchamp, age 40, and siblings which included 15-year-old Lucy, 13-year-old Elizabeth, 10-year-old William, and 9-year-old Sarah.[8]

She married Isaac N. Stanfill on 26 Sep 1858[3][6][2][5] and the couple had the following known children:

  1. Laurence Burns Stanfill was born 10 Aug 1858 in Tennessee and died 28 Jun 1937 in Decaturville, Decatur County, Tennessee.[9][6][2]
  2. Martha E. Stanfill was born about 1862 in Tennessee.[2]
  3. Issac N.[2] Stanfill was born about 1864 in Tennessee.[6]
  4. Riley W. Stanfill was born 4 Feb 1866 in Tennessee, died 06 Apr 1954 and is buried in Wetumka Cemetery, Wetumka, Hughes County, Oklahoma.[10][6][2]

Shannon and JF are 4C2R; Shannon and DL are 6C; Shannon and RM are 6C1R; JF and DL are 4C2R; JF and RM are 5C1R; and DL and RM are 6C1R. JJ, grandchild of Edgar Stanfill, also matches this triangulation group. JJ and RM are 2C, both descended from Lawrence Stanfill. JJ is descended from Lawrence's wife, Martha Beecham (daughter of Zachariah), and RM is descended from Lawrence's other wife, Vicy Creasy.
