Children of Ann and her husband include:
- John Miles O'Bryan, born June 8 1815, died March 6, 1862, married Ann Rebecca Rogers, and had eight children;
- Frances Elizabeth O'Bryan, born September 22, 1817, married Henry Hugh Simpson and had four children;
- August O'Bryan, born December 29, 1818, in Nelson County, KY, married Elizabeth Rogers (sister of Ann, who married his brother) and had eight children;
