Will of Samuel Beatty Fayette County Dunbar Township Will probated Sept. 17, 1891

I wish to divide my property in a just way, I wish for Joseph Beatty to be justified in the dealings by having all my interest the Rankin farm in Dunbar Township, as well as the Barnes farm in North Union Township and mineral land in said Township, my children Emery L, Orville Leslie, Lulu and Ethel Belle is to have the Patterson place and all my personal property they are to have it with their mother to live on until the youngest is 21 years of age when it is to be divided or sold to the best advantage, after the lease with to the Stewart Iron Co Expires, if the ? not pay all the debts then enough of land is to be sold to pay off the balance, one half of the timber to go to the use of the children until the land is sold, The house in Hopewood is to go to Emery Lee when he is 21 until that time it is to be kept for his mother, if there is any money left after paying all the debts, it is to be divided equally between my 4 children and Joseph Beatty equally. Joseph Beatty is to be administrator with John C Beatty and have the charge of the business. I further wish Joseph Beatty to have that part of the Patterson farm west of the Hopewood road and joining the line of Barnes farm estate, the road and to run in a parallel line to the Stewart Iron Co land. Be it remembered that on the 17th day of Sept A.D. 1891, before me David R Anderson, register for the probate of Wills and Granting Letters of Administration in and for said county, came Phancas Clawson and Emanuel Maust subscribing witness to the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Samuel Beatty deceased who being duly sworn according to law did each depose and say Samuel Beatty, they heard him declare the same to be his last Will and Testament when of sound and disposing mind and memory to be the best of their belief. That they signed their names as witnesses thereto by request of the said Testator in his presence that they know of no undue influence being used in making said will or any later will made. Sworn to and Subscribed before me this 17th day of Sept A.D. 1891. As Witness my hand and official seal. Phancas Clawson Emanuel Maust David R Andreson Reg. Now September 17, 1891 The testimony of the above witnesses being Adjudged sufficient, I do hereby admit the foregoing Will to Probate and ordered the same to be recorded as such.
