Biography
Sarah was born in Alabama on 27 December 1834. [1] She married Isaac Wadell McKee on 23 Sept 1858 in Calhoun County, Alabama. [2] Sarah and Isaac had six known children:
- Joseph L. McKee
- James Jones McKee
- William Samuel McKee (1867-1954)
- A. Thompson McKee
- Essie C. (McKee) Ashley (1871-1955)
- Mary Ida (McKee) Taylor (1873-1965)
Sarah died in Anderson County, S.C. on 17 Feb 1889 and was buried at Good Hope Presbyterian Church Cemetery. [3]
