On his death certificate, it says that he is married and his occupation is farmer.

Daily Public Ledger 3 Dec 1918: Mr Robert H. Beckett, prominent Mt. Carmel citizen, died at his home yesterday of pneumonia which followed an attack of Spanish influenza. He was 59 years of age and is survived by his wife and four children. Burial will be made in the Mt Carmel cemetery tomorrow at 11 am funeral being held at the grave.
