Together they became the parents of James Bedford, Alice Martha (Bedford) Longton, Sarah Jane Bedford, Edward John Bedford, Thomas William Bedford, Albert Ernest Bedford, David Henry Bedford, Hiram Abiff Bedford, Arthur Sydney C Bedford, Frederick W T Bedford, George Oscar Bedford, and Herbert Centennial Bedford.[3]
Thomas died in 1888, possibly in Bathhurst, New South Wales.[4]
