Biography

Rose Emily Ellen Beech was born in 1903 at Edmonton, Middlesex, England. She was the daughter of William Beech and Edith Wilson.^[1]

Rose's family (father William, mother Edith and their seven children) emigrated to the United States in 1907. They departed from Southampton on 26 Jun 1907 on the "Majestic" and arrived in New York on 4 Jul 1907.^[2][3]

In the 1910 United States Census, Rose E H Beech was age 6 living at W Newton Ward 1, Westmoreland, Pennsylvania, United States with her father William Beech (33), mother Edith Beech (33), siblings Frederick W Beech (15), William G Beech (12), Walter H Beech (9), Edith R Beech (8), Florence H Beech (5), Lily M Beech (3).^[4]

Rose's family (father William, mother Edith and their seven children) emigrated to Brantford, Brant, Ontario, Canada in 1911.

In the 1921 Canada Census, Rose Beech was age 18 living at Brantford, Brant, Ontario, Canada with her father William Beech (45), siblings Walter Beech (20), William Beech Jr (22), Florence Beech (14), Lilian Beech (13), John Beech (9), Evelyn Beech (4).^[5]

Albert Adam Gray Webster and Rose Emily Ellen Beach married on 20 May 1922 at Brantford, Brant, Ontario, Canada.^[6] They had four children.

Rose and her husband separated at some point. He had a child with a new partner in 1950.

Rose died in 1976 at Amherstburg, Essex, Ontario, Canada. She was buried at Rose Hill Cemetery, Amherstburg.^[7]
