Biography

Charles was born about 1839. He is the son of Thomas Beer and Charlotte Edmonds.

In 1841, Charles is with parents and siblings Amelia, Matilda, George, Henry, Albert, and Joseph. ^[1]

In 1851, Charles is with parents Henry and Charlotte and siblings Amelia, Matilda, George, Henry, and Richard.^[2]

In 1861, Charles is with his aunt and uncle, Eliza and Moses Scard, in Monmouthshire. Mary McLaughlan is in same household as a servant.^[3]

Charles presumably marries Mary McLaughlan some time before 1863 when their son Charles Edmunds Beer is born.
