Hermogene Begnaud was born on July 16, 1860, in Louisiana, United States, to Zephirin Begnaud, and Silvanie Angele Guilbeau. She had at least 11 children (6 boys and 5 girls) with Emile Bergeron.
She lived in Police Jury Ward 4, St. Martin, Louisiana, United States in 1870. She died on 17 June 1939, in Louisiana, United States, at the age of 78, and was buried in Breaux Bridge, St. Martin, Louisiana, United States.
