Biography

Otto was born in June 1908 in Switzerland. His parents are not currently known, nor do I have information on when he immigrated to the United States.

As of the 1940 Census, he was age 31, single, and living in Los Angeles, California where he was working as a waiter at a hotel.

He married Viola (Violet) Turcotte sometime after the 1940 census. She had been previously married to Frederick Papineau. Family says Otto and Violet were married in Illinois.

They lived in San Francisco until Otto passed away in 1967 at age 58.
