Josey was born in 1883. She is the daughter of Albert Bell and Feby Colley.
Listed variously as Jasey, Jessie (that's her sister!) and Josey. Josey seems to be the right spelling, per FindAGrave, see source below.
Listed in the 1900 US Census as Jasey Bell ageed 16, see source below.
Died young at the age of 21 in 1905, apparently never married.
