Biography

US Black Heritage Project
Julia Bell is a part of US Black heritage.

Julia was born in 1880. She is the daughter of Judson Bell. In 1880, the family was living in Washington, District of Columbia.[1] By 1900, she and her mother, both listed as Adella on the census, were living in the household of her brother, Samuel Alton Bell, and his wife in Washington, DC.[2]
