Ebenezer Bennett of Middleborough, yeoman died intestate and on 5 April 1779, John Bennett of Rochester was granted the administration of his estate.[1]
His inventory was taken on 18 May 1779 in Middleborough. John Bennett was the administrator of his estate.[2]
In 1783, an account of his estate by John Bennet was recorded which included, debts paid, necessaries to the widow, and administration fees.[3]
In 1792, his estate was set out to his widow Elizabeth, now wife of John King, and Ebenezer Bennett (eldest son), Lydia Bennett, Arthur Bennett, and Ezra Bennett.[4]
