(Before Mr. Justice Owen.) BENTLEY v BENTLEY.
Walter John Bentley petitioned for a divorce from Leone Maria Bentley (for-merly Bentley) on the ground of desertion. The couple were married in 1905 at Orange, according to the rites of the Church of Eng-land. Mr. K. M. White appeared for the petitioner. A decree nisi was granted, returnable in six months.
