[3] The cause of his death was from Phthisis of both lungs. [4][5]
Thomas married Amelia ("Ann") BROWN, daughter of Thomas Bervin BROWN and Ann Sheargold MILLER, in 1854 in Colony of Victoria. [6]
Ann was born on 30 December 1823 in Stepney, Middlesex, England, United Kingdom, was christened on 12 January 1824 in St. Dunstan, Stepney, Middlesex, England, United Kingdom, died on 10 February 1914 in 134 Victoria Street, Brunswick, Victoria, Australia at age 90, and was buried in Melbourne Cemetery, Carlton, Victoria, Australia.
They had six children: Jane Eliza, Thomas Samuel, Arthur James Miller, Charles Hubbard, Elizabeth Emily Blanch, and Louis Adolphus.
