Sarah was born on 21/03/1840 and baptised on 3 May 1840 on Anthony Street, St George in the East, Stepney, Middlesex, England. She was the daughter of William & Mary Ann.[1]
In the 1851 census Sarah (age 11) was the daughter of William Billett in North East Passage, Saint George in the East Part of Precinct of Wellclose, St George in the East, London & Middlesex, England.[2]
