Biography
Josephine Harriet Billyard was born on 6 Jan 1848 in Paddington, New South Wales. She was christened on 13th April that year[1]
She married Lt Francis Sullivan Delves Broughton RN at St Michael's Belgravia (London) on 11 August 1872[2][3]
She married Cressett Thursby Pelham in St John's church Parramatta on 17 February 1881.[4] In 1911, twice widowed, she lives with her single daughter, Marion in Kensington.[5]
She died on 23 Feb 1935 in Mutford, Suffolk, England.[6]
