Biography
Elizabeth Bird was born on November 23, 1684, in Dorchester, Massachusetts. In view of her birth date, her mother probably was Rebecca (unknown surname), the second wife of James Bird (abt.1631-abt.1708).
Note: The Alvord genealogy (1908) published that her mother was Lydia (Steele), the first wife of James Bird, which probably is an error because Lydia (Steele) Bird died in 1659 [1].
Elizabeth Bird married Ebenezer Alvord in 1708 in Northampton, Massachusetts, as his 2nd wife. They had probably 8 children:
