Charles was born about 1866. He is the son of Thomas Bird and Nancy Fox
Charles James Bird Metis married Chloe Ann SPENCE. He passed away on 25 AUG 1903 Age: 35 in RM Rockwood, Manitoba, Canada.
Charles first appears in the 1870 Canada Census living in St Paul with his family.
