Charles was born in 1889. He was the son of Hardee Blackwell. In the 1900 census Charles (age 10), At School, was the single son of Hardee H Blackwell in Salem, Dent, Missouri.[1]
In the 1930 census Charles (age 40), Farmer, was the married head of household in Rector Road, Jackson, Shannon, Missouri, United States.[2]
Charles died (age 68) on 26 May 1958 in Dent, Missouri, United States.[3] He was buried at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Salem, Dent County, Missouri.[4]
