Biography
Herbert Marsh Blomfield was born in 1866 in Rylestone, New South Wales, Australia.[1] He was the son of Edwin Blomfield and Catherina Marsh.
In July 1899 at Candelo, Herbert married Elsie Maud Desailly, daughter of William Weld Wren and Ada Desailly Wren.[2] The couple were to have seven children. A few years later, Herbert's younger brother Richard married Elsie's sister Bessie.
Herber passed away at Bega, New South Wales in November 1943. [3][4]
