Biography
Abigail was the daughter of Daniel Parker Bodwell Jr. (1721–1804) and his wife Abigail Ladd (1726–1807), who married on 9 October 1744 in Methuen, Essex, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America. [1]
Abigail married Samuel "Hildrech" on May 21, 1776, at Methuen.[2] They had the following children recorded at Methuen:
Susanna "Sukey" Hildreth Nesmith 22 June 1777 – 1813
Abigail "Nabbe" Hildreth Bradley 26 February 1779 – 1 May 1856
Dr. Samuel Prescott Hildreth Jr 30 September 1783 – 24 July 1863
Mary "Polly" Hildreth Eaton 7 October 1786 – 15 February 1817
Nancy Hildreth Newcomb 28 October 1789 – 29 June 1869
Harriet Warren Hildreth Day 22 June 1795 – 6 November 1867
