John Bolton was born in 1866 at Cheshire, England. He was the fourth child of John Bolton and Hannah Kinsey.[1]
In 1869 he migrated with his parents to Victoria on The Douglas[2], where his father became a storekeeper at Camperdown, Darlington and Mortlake.
He passed away in 1879 in Victoria, Australia.[3]
