Compiled by Margaret Jackson Currie. The record of George and Mary's license is in "SCHEDULE B--MARRIAGES Division of Walsingham, County of Norfolk, (Ontario, Canada) page 443 number 007752. Married April 23, 1882 in Langton, Norfolk County, Ontario, Canada. It shows that George was 24 years old, a farmer, bachelor, born in Canada, and that his parents are Thomas and Permelia Bonser. Mary was 24 years old, born in Canada, lived in Walsingham, she was single before this marriage, and her parents were William and Elizabeth Hulbert..

Edwin Alward and Clara R. J. Hulbert both of Walsingham were the witnesses. George and Mary were listed as Baptists. Rev. William Hulbert performed the ceremony..

His death record tells us that his occupation was a Tinsmith and his religion was Baptist. Per family records, George died of a heart attack. "Bosner -- Geo. Bonser of Langton, 32, died 4 Mar 1892 in Simcoe [NR18920310]" Norfolk Genealogy @ www.nornet.on.ca/~jcardiff .
