His will is dated 3 June 1800 and proved on 1 January 1801 in Stratford. He mentions his wife Eunice, his daughter Sarah, wife of Andrew Shelton, and his two sons, Samuel Booth and Nathan Booth.[1]
His inventory was completed on 31 January 1801.[2]
In 1801, an account and distribution agreement was made concerning the estate.[3]
