Biography

Mae was born in May 7, 1885 in Utica, Macomb, Michigan, USA. She is the daughter of George Boshaw and Lavina Johnson.^[1]

She married Edgar J. Fox on May 22, 1900 in Windsor, Essex county, Ontario. She was 16 years old and her parents were George Boshaw and Lavinia Johnson. He was 24 years old and his parents were Henry Fox and Betsy Tucker.^[2]They lived and raised 3 children in Rose City, Michigan.

After Edgar passed away, Mae remarried Lewis Hoyt in April of 1954 ^[3].

Mae died on March 5, 1979 in Flint, Genesee county, Michigan^[4]and was buried in Lane Heights Cemetery in Lupton, Ogemaw county, Michigan.^[5]
