Biography

Blair Joseph Boudreau was born on 1 Sep 1906 in Grande-Digue, Dundas, Kent, New Brunswick, Canada, son of Philippe Lawrence Boudreau (1880 - 1948) and Marie Anne Cormier (~1882 - 1955).

His siblings were:

B. J. Boudreau

Blair Joseph Boudreau, 79, of Churchill St., Moncton, died Monday at The Moncton Hospital after a lengthy illness. Born in Grande-Digue, he was a son of the late Phillippe and Marie-Anne (Cormier) Boudreau. He had been employed with school District 15 for 33 years and retired in 1972. He attended Our Lady of Grace Roman Catholic Church, Moncton. He was past president of the Parkton Golden Age Club and treasurer for St. Vincent de Paul Society for 35 years. He was a third degree member of the Knights of Columbus Council 6468 and had been a boy scout leader for 14 years.

He is survived by his wife, the former Marguerite Caissie; daughters, Mrs. Gerald Dollemont (Doris) of Moncton and Mrs.Guillaume Leger (Aline) of Cap Pele; ______ son; a sister, Mrs. Patrick LeBlanc (Bertha) of Moncton; a brother, Leo of Moncton; 15 grand-children, 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Two sons, Leo "Blair Jr." and Laurie; a sister, Laura, and a brother, Ovila, died previously. The body is at Frenette's Funeral Home, Moncton. Funeral mass will be celebrated Thursday at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace Roman Catholic Church. Burial will be in Our Lady of Calvary Roman Catholic Cemetery, Dieppe, later in the spring.
