Biography
Genevieve Bourg is a descendant of an Acadian
Genevieve, daughter of Jean Baptiste Bourg and Marie Françoise Morin, was born 26 Oct 1777 and baptized 12 Nov 1777 in the parish of Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce, Province de Québec. Her godparents were Joseph Bourg and Marguerite Rancour wife of Joseph Tibodeau. [1]
Gabriel Valliere, adult widower of the late Joseph Duval, and Genevieve Bourg, adult daughter of Jean Baptiste Bourg and the Late Francoise Morin, were married 24 Jul 1809 in the parish of Saint-Grégoire-le-Grand, Saint-Grégoire, Bas-Canada. [2]
