John Bowen first married on 03 Jul 1739 in Freetown, Bristol County, Massachusetts to Penelope Read, daughter of Mary (Pearce) and John Read, [2] with only known children.
John Bowen married secondly on 06 May 1745 in Swansea, Bristol County, Massachusetts to Abigail Wood. [3]
He died on 11 Jan 1800 in Tiverton, Newport County, Rhode Island, USA.
