Cassandra Lou Ann Malinda Bowles was the full name given in the lawsuit.
These names are from a lawsuit filed against Anderson R. Bowles (son of Jacky and Malinda) and Malinda Bowles Munday,(Malinda's second husband was George Munday), in Barren County over the estate of Jacky Bowles. Anderson is Cassandra's brother. Cassandra's death certificate informant was Quintella Perkins of Horse Cave, Hart County, Kentucky.

I believe this is Quintilla Larimore Perkins and Lou Ann Bowles.
Her death certificate informant was Quintella Perkins of Horse Cave, Hart Co., KY. Also, Cassandra's name on the death certificate read "Cass Ann Larimore".
