John , s/o Benjamin & Phoebe , was born 6th May 1809 at Fritchley in Crich and baptized 16th May 1809 at Belper & Heage Chapel , Duffield .
He died aged 32 years at Fritchley and was buried on 7th June 1843 at st Mary's Church , Crich .
