He served with the US Navy during World War II and was discharged 11 April 1946.[3]
He married Lois Burch 10 August 1946 in Marion County, Arkansas.[4] They had a son.[5]
He died 24 January 1994 in Mineral County, Colorado.[6][7] He is buried in Creede Cemetery in Mineral County.[8]
