Anna was born in 1824. She was the daughter of John Bozarth and Anna Reger. Her parents moved their family from Lewis, Virginia to Indiana in about 1827.[1] Anna married Jacob Kitt in 1839 in Fulton, Indiana.[2] They had 5 children together. Jacob passed away in 1851 followed by their eldest son passing away 8 weeks later.[3] In about 1879, at the age of 55, Anna moved to Goodland, Newton, Indiana.[4] She lived there until she passed away in 1921[5] and is buried in Citizens Cemetery, Rochester, Fulton, Indiana.[6]
