Biography
Elizabeth Catherine Brack was born on 4 December 1837 in Davidson County, Tennessee to John Brack and Sodora Stephen. She married Joshua C. Smith on 16 January 1856 in Jasper County, Texas.[1] They had 11 known children, and Elizabeth was a homemaker.[2] Elizabeth died on 11 February 1918 in Duran, New Mexico. She is likely buried at Evergreen Cemetery in Orange, Texas (see notes on Find a Grave).[3]
