Parthenia A. (Bradley) Campbell is a part of US Black heritage.

Parthenia Bradley was born in South Carolina to James Bradley and Pleasant Valentine.

In the 1870 census Parthena Bradley (age 7) was in Austin Township, Greenville, South Carolina, with James Bradley (age 38) and Pleasant Bradley (age 38), and three siblings.[1]

James Boyce Durham married Parthenia A. Bradley[2] about 1887, as reported in their 1900 census.

In the 1900 census Pothena (age 35) was the wife of Boice Durham (age 37), farmer, in Reidville, Spartanburg, South Carolina.[3]

Boyce Durham died before the 1910 census, which reported that Parthina Durham [indexed Dusham] (age 44), Farmer, was the widowed head of household in Reidville, Spartanburg, South Carolina, with three children and her mother Plaisance Bradley (age 72).[4]

Parthenia Bradley Durham married second, Parris Campbell, before the 1920 census.

In the 1920 census Parthenia Campbell (age 54), laborer, was the wife of Paris Campbell (age 62), farmer, in Woodruff, Spartanburg, South Carolina.[5]

In the 1930 census Parthenia [indexed Pathinie] Campbell (age 66), farmer, was the widowed head of household in Woodruff, Spartanburg, South Carolina, with two granddaughters.[6]

In the 1940 census Parthenia [indexed Catherine] Campbell (age 75), farmer, was the widowed head of household in Woodruff, Spartanburg, South Carolina, with a granddaughter and her two children.[7]

Parthenia Campbell, 80, died 28 Sep 1947 in Cashville, Spartanburg, South Carolina. She was born in 1867 to Jim Bradley (born Richmond, Virginia) and Pleasant Valentine (born Greenville County, South Carolina). Son Nathan Durham was the informant.[8]

Parthenia Bradley Campbell was buried in Old Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Simpsonville, Greenville, South Carolina.In the 1870 census Parthena Bradley (age 7) was in Austin, Greenville, South Carolina.[9]
