On 30 Sep 1819, a woman named Sall and her child Bob were sold for $194 to John B. Jones by the estate of Thomas Bray in Currituck County, North Carolina. Bray's estate was administered by his widow, Lydia Brady Hardy, and her new husband, Rev. Edward Hardy.
