The family appears to have moved around a fair bit, being in Ste-Geneviève (Pierrefonds) at first, then there are stillborn children buried in St-Eustache, then they are found in Oka, and marriages of their children list them as residents of Mirabel.

Death
Joseph Brazeau died 20 Sept 1827, funeral on the 22nd in St-Benoît, being given the age of 75 on the record.[4] Named as present at the funeral were Toussaint Brazeau and Jean Baptiste Richer
His wife's funeral record stated he was a cultivateur (farmer)
