Biography
Noyes Breed was a son of Hannah (Palmer; 1758-1828) & Gershom Breed (1756-1815). There are not yet any authoritative sources pertaining to his birth date or location. His birth family originated near Stonington, Connecticut, moved via Rensselaer County, New York, eventually settling by 1793 in Manlius, New York, so Noyess may have been born in or in transit to any of those places.
He married Lydia Mecham; they went to Illinois in 1817.
Noyes Breed died age 23.
