Biography

Frank was born in 1916. His parents were Roy Brewer and Cleo Duncan. In 1930, his family was living in the household of his grandmother, Elizabeth Duncan, in Atlanta, Fulton, Georgia.[1]

He married Floy Yvonne Wilhite, 15 Dec 1939.[citation needed]

In 1940, they were living in Atlanta, Fulton, Georgia.[2]

In 1942, he enlisted in the US Army at Ft Mcpherson, Atlanta, Georgia. He was married at the time and working as a railroad clerk. His paperwork stated he was born in 1916 in South Carolina, and had 4 years of high school education. He enlisted as a Private assigned to the Signal Corps.[3]

Frank passed away in 1994.[4] Burial was in the Fairview Memorial Gardens, Stockbridge, Henry County, Georgia.[5]
