Judith was born in 1888. Her parents were Edwin Brierley and Eliza Worthington.^[1] She was christened on 17 December 1888 at Christ Church, Staleybridge, Cheshire.^[2]

George Utley and Judith Brierley married in 1936 at Fylde, Lancashire.^[3] They had no children.

Judith passed away in 1951.^[4]
