John Humphrey is NOT Margaret (Brissey) Holden's father. James Brissey is Margaret's father. Margaret (Brissey) Holden's Mother was Charity Humphrey - so John Humphrey may be her Uncle or a close relative. John Humphrey moved with James Brissey and may of his family members from Harrison County, WV to Winchester, Scott County, IL. Still trying to find a paper connection between Charity (Humphrey) Brissey and John Humphrey.
