Walter was born 19 Nov 1910 in Loudoun County, Virginia.
In 1950, Walter was 39 and married, living in Falls Church, Fairfax, Virginia with his wife, son walter age 8 and three boarders Sarah Neely 4, Elizabeth Davis age 4 and Robert William age 1. He was working 40 hours a week as a laborer for the Research Const Agent.[1]
Died 4 Apr 1977 in Arlington County, Virginia at 66 yrs old at Arlington Hospital.[2]. At time of death was working in the construction as a brick layer. The cause of death was stomach Cancer.
Died in Pleasant Valley Memorial Park, located in Annandale, Fairfax County, Virginia[3]
