Jeremiah was the son of Suzannah Bradford, the 2nd great-granddaughter of Governor William Bradford. Jeremiah was born and raised in Canterbury,where he married Polly "Mary" Morse 13 May 1798. [1]
According to the vital records of Canterbury, Mary was "of Pomfret."[2] In about 1811, the family moved to the town of Tunbridge, Vermont, where Jeremiah's older brother, Deliverance, lived. Jeremiah and Mary died at Tunbridge. She died in the 82nd year of her age.[3]
