Biography

William Brown was born in about 1833 in Bodenham, Wiltshire, England.

In 1901 William Brown (age 68, Farm Labourer) lived in Salisbury St Martin with his wife Charlotte (60), son Edward (16, Bricklayers Labourer), daughter Eliza (21, Laundress), niece Ethel Brown (8), and two boarders: George Brown (42, Haulier) and George Parsons (18, Green Grocers Porter).^[6]
